The Pilates Difference
"If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance"

Meet the Owner...
Lesley grew up in suburban Chicago. It was there that she discovered her love for dance. She continued to pursue her passion throughout her youth, winning a state championship in high school, dancing for Disney at the Festival of Lights parade and performing at half-time during the championship runs of the Chicago Bulls. She later pursued a career in dance at Columbia College. As is often the case, passion took a backseat to the responsibilities of real life and Lesley embarked on a twenty year career of training employees, opening new locations and maintaining standards in the restaurant industry. She is now a wife, mother and entrepreneur in Johns Creek, Georgia.
While possessing many talents, Lesley's greatest gift has always been her ability to connect with people. This gift has manifested itself throughout her life, but only through Pilates instruction has it been fully realized. Connecting with an individual's goals, passions and needs only accelerates their learning and uses Lesley's gift to its fullest.
What started as a Christmas gift to newly pregnant wife, has become a whole new life. Lesley started, like everyone else, as a student of Jessica. Though she hadn't truly exercised since her time as a ballerina, her friendship with Jessica and the promise of the life growing within her inspired Lesley to grow with Pilates. It is with the greatest respect and honor that she now carries on the legacy of care left behind by her friend and mentor, Jessica Suh.
